Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all candle sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or fragrance preference.

We want every KILN order to arrive exactly as intended. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if something isn't right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, along with clear photographs of the product and its packaging. This helps us assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund. Any refund approved by KILN will be issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and import fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection laws.
