These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Kiln Candle Co. website and to purchases made through our online store. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
PRODUCTS
Our candles are made in small batches and hand-poured in Toronto, Canada. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in appearance, colour, finish or other characteristics may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect the quality of the product.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Colours and other visual details may appear differently depending on your screen or device.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and, if necessary, cancel and refund an affected order.
ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
CANDLE CARE & SAFETY
Candles involve an open flame and must always be used responsibly.
Always burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface and away from drafts, children, pets and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each burn. Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time, and discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains in the vessel.
By purchasing and using a KILN candle, you agree to follow the candle-care and safety instructions provided with the product and on our website.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kiln Candle Co. is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse of a product or failure to follow the provided safety instructions.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including photographs, product descriptions, branding, graphics, logos and other original material, belongs to Kiln Candle Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission.
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation or use its content for unlawful purposes.
