Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

We currently offer shipping within Canada and to select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order size and selected shipping service.

Free shipping is available on Canadian orders over $150 CAD.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. KILN cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge unless specifically indicated at checkout.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
